Alice Havel  Sunflower Stompers, McPherson, Kansas

I've been clogging for 27 years, and I fell in love with it after my very first class. For the past 20 years, I've also been teaching clogging. I began by working with children, and eventually took over the group I danced with, becoming its director. One of my greatest joys is watching new dancers discover their own love for clogging. Sharing this passion with others is deeply fulfilling. I especially enjoy taking our group to perform at various venues. Engaging the audience and seeing them have fun while we dance is always an exciting and rewarding experience.

Beth Rowlett  VTown Cloggers, Vilonia, AR

My clogging journey began at age 3 at Judi King School of Dance in Clinton, AR, and continued through my teens with Red River Cloggers. After moving to Greenbrier, I kept the rhythm alive by teaching friends and choreographing routines in high school. I later trained under Teresa at Ms. Toby’s in Conway and spent 12 wonderful years dancing and teaching with the Konway Kickers.
After a brief break to raise my family, I reignited my passion in 2023 and founded Vtown Cloggers. Today, our team includes 40 dancers ages 6 to 70, performing at local events and sharing the joy of clogging throughout our community. I'm deeply grateful for the lifelong friendships and blessings this journey has brought.

Janet Sileo, CCI - Virginia

I began clogging in Mountain View, Arkansas in 1990 with the Ozark Foothill Cloggers.  Clogging is an important part of the Ozark Mountain heritage, and the passion the community showed for folk dancing was contagious.  I joined the Cardinal Cloggers in 2004 when I relocated to Northern Virginia with my husband, Thomas.
I love teaching, traveling to workshops, and choreographing, but my favorite part of clogging is the special friendships I has forged through dance.  I am a Certified Clogging Instructor.
