The Arkansas Clogging Council was formed in September 1999 in an effort to bring clogger's together, not only from Arkansas but other states as well to promote and preserve an American Folk dance "Clogging".  We are a non-profit organization. The volunteers who serve on the council makes this an extraordinary organization throughout the years. We have members from Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi as well as Arkansas.

The Council host two workshops a year, "Clogging in the Natural State" in April and "Arkansas Traveler" in September.
